Yes! The provider will see you one day per week and provide your dressing changes, and your home health will come on a different day of the week. Your provider will communicate weekly with your home health nurse. We will also communicate with your primary care provider (with your permission) and keep them updated on your progress.
No. You can call, fax or email for an in- home evaluation and we will decide, together, if in home care is appropriate for you. Some wounds require a higher level of care, such as hyperbaric oxygen, or a prompt surgical consult and we will be glad to expedite a swift referral.
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and more. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific insurance plan.
